Chatter reads zero this window. That is normal even for strong catalogs, and it is why the score sits where it does rather than higher.

THE ARTIST
Kimiya Masago is a veteran painter who runs his own studio, Atelier Shoshibo, and carries himself like it: the portrait on his official site, beret and all, looks more like a gallery artist's author photo than a trading card credit.
That is roughly the right impression. His richly painted style stands apart in the card game's early eras, and his non Pokemon career in historical and fantasy illustration is where the atelier polish comes from.
